Welcome to The Intention Academy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions explain how our educational offerings, trainings, programs, memberships, applications, and related services operate, and what you can expect when you participate.

By accessing, enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in any of our offerings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Educational Purpose

The Intention Academy provides educational learning, training experiences, group discussions, and personal development content designed to support awareness, growth, and integration.

Our offerings may include:

- Educational videos and trainings

- Live and recorded group learning sessions

- Community spaces and applications

- Coaching-style guidance and facilitation

All materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

2. No Medical or Mental Health Services

The Intention Academy does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services.

By participating, you understand and agree that:

- No diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice is provided

- Participation does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, or clinical relationship

- You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being

- You should seek licensed medical or mental health professionals when appropriate

3. Payments & Billing

By enrolling in or subscribing to any offering, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method according to the pricing and payment plan you choose.

You acknowledge that:

- All pricing is listed in U.S. dollars

- You are responsible for all payments associated with your participation

- Failure to complete payment may result in suspended or terminated access

4. Cancellations (Subscriptions & Memberships)

All subscriptions and recurring memberships must be canceled in writing.

To cancel:

- You must submit a written cancellation request via email to: [email protected]
- Cancellation requests made through social media, text messages, or verbal communication are not accepted

- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

- No partial refunds are provided for unused time

5. Enrollment Commitment & Refund Policy

Because access to digital educational materials and proprietary learning experiences is provided upon enrollment:

- Requests to withdraw from a learning program must be submitted in writing within 30 days of enrollment

- After 30 days, enrollments are final

- No cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are permitted after the 30-day period, for any reason

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital learning materials and agree that this policy is fair and reasonable.

6. No Guarantees

The Intention Academy does not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or transformations.

You acknowledge that:

- Individual experiences vary

- Personal growth and integration depend on many factors beyond the Company’s control

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, processes, videos, trainings, and proprietary frameworks provided by The Intention Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

You agree that you will not:

- Reproduce, distribute, or share content

- Record or redistribute live sessions without written permission

- Use materials for commercial purposes

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

8. Community Participation

All community spaces are intended to be respectful, supportive, and safe.

The Company reserves the right to remove participants whose behavior is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with community values. Removal does not entitle participants to refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, The Intention Academy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in its educational offerings.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Intention Academy from any claims arising from your participation or misuse of materials.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the current version.
